DESCRIPTION:The Manitoulin Island Cycling Advocates .{MICA} have anxiously awaited for the opportunity to safely offer our annual Manitoulin Passage Ride. The Pandemic of the last 2 years has prevented this very popular ride from taking place. Now, that the province is lifting restrictions and mandates we feel it is safe to once again offer this well attended ride.\nWe are pleased to inform you the 10THAnnual Manitoulin Passage Ride will take place on June 4 & 5, 2022\nCommencing in Little Current and proceeding through many of the townships of Manitoulin Island culminating back in Little Current on Saturday night. The Ride resumes on June 5 and all riders will set out between 8.30 & 9.00 am and then return to Little Current.\nThis year we are expecting about 250 cyclists for this event.\nThe scheduled times that riders will be on the roads are:\nSat June 4, 2022 9:00 am – 6.00 pm\nSun June 5, 2022 8:30 am – 5:00 pm\nIt is very reassuring to see our local Police supporting active living and we look forward to continued partnership in community awareness of safe cycling\n
