This online initiative will take place from February 25 to March 31, 2026, and is open to Canadian companies with the interest and capacity to pursue opportunities in Albania and the surrounding region.

Albania is one of Europe’s fastest‑growing economies, driven by strong investment in infrastructure, tourism, and digital transformation. The country is modernizing its transportation systems to improve connectivity and align with European Union standards, creating concrete opportunities for ITS solution providers.
Market highlights include:
- major public investments in highways, rail modernization, and smart transport corridors;
- nationwide rollout of ITS projects;
- projects supported by the World Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), and the EU;
- Albania’s status as an EU accession candidate; and
- strong bilateral relations with Canada and NATO membership since 2009.
Participants will benefit from:
- a live webinar featuring local authorities and key stakeholders;
