PARO Summit Gala 2023 will celebrate women entrepreneurs from across Ontario – their courage, their tenacity, their brilliance, their strength. We would like to invite you to participate in this dynamic event- Empowering Women in Business.

PARO exists to serve and empower women entrepreneurs.  The PARO Summit Gala 2023 will be an evening filled with elegance, recognition, and celebration, taking place on November 23, 2023 at the Delta Hotels by Marriott in Thunder Bay, ON.

The PARO Summit Gala 2023 aims to honor excellence, creativity, and achievements while empowering women in business, supporting gender equality and self-care. We will recognize the outstanding contributions of women in business and the organizations who have made a significant impact in their communities.

The evening’s program promises entertainment, a captivating keynote speaker Jessica Moorhouse who will deliver her talk “Money On My Mind – How to Shift from a Scarcity to Abundance Money Mindset”, an exciting tradeshow featuring vendors from across Ontario and an evening Awards Ceremony and Gala. Earlier in the day, we will hold the PARO Annual General Meeting 2023.
